2. Purpose of the app

IntakeCue helps you organize user-entered intakes, routines, timers, symptoms and notes and export selected content as a PDF. It is not a medical device and does not replace medical, pharmaceutical or other professional advice.

3. No medical services

IntakeCue does not diagnose, recommend treatment, calculate dosage, identify pills or check interactions. Do not rely solely on the app's reminders, displays or exports for medical decisions. Consult a qualified professional about questions or symptoms and contact local emergency services in an emergency.

4. Your entries and responsibility

You are responsible for entering and keeping entries, amounts, stock, photos, symptoms, observations and schedules accurate. IntakeCue does not medically confirm an intake and does not assess your information.

5. Notifications and technical limits

Local notifications can be affected by iOS settings, Focus, Silent mode, volume, Lock Screen settings, power-saving features or technical limits. There is no guarantee that every reminder will always be visible or audible.

6. Local data and backups

App content is managed locally. You are responsible for suitable device backups, device protection and exported files. Local data may be lost if the device is lost, the app is deleted or local data is fully deleted. Export is recommended if you want to keep content outside the app.

7. Acceptable use

You may use the app only lawfully and for its intended purpose. Misuse, circumvention of safeguards or interference with the app or its availability is prohibited.

8. Availability and changes

Features may be developed, changed or discontinued. Error-free or uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Changes to these terms will be published transparently. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

9. Free, Pro and subscriptions

Free supports up to 3 active entries, 1 schedule, 1 rule and 1 daily time per entry. Pro may support up to 50 active entries, up to 10 schedules, up to 20 rules and up to 6 daily times per entry. Purchase, billing, renewal, cancellation, restore, refunds and price information are handled through Apple under the terms shown there. After expiry, local data is not deleted; up to three entries remain active in Free and additional content may stay visible while paused.

10. Liability

Statutory liability rules apply. Nothing excludes mandatory liability, including liability for intent, gross negligence, death, personal injury or harm to health.

11. Consumer dispute resolution

The provider is not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
