2. Privacy on this website

This static website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking services. There is no contact form, newsletter or login.

When you access the site, the hosting provider processes technically necessary access data such as IP address, time, requested file, referrer, browser information and technical status data to deliver the site and maintain security and stability. Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

3. Hosting and recipients

The website is delivered via Vercel. As hosting and CDN provider, Vercel may process technically necessary connection and log data. You can use this website without an IntakeCue user account.

Transfers to countries outside the EU/EEA cannot be excluded in cloud and CDN operations. Where required, such transfers are based on appropriate data protection safeguards, in particular standard contractual clauses and technical and organizational measures.

4. Privacy in the app

IntakeCue works without a user account. Health, medication, symptom, observation, photo and note data is not transferred to developer servers. There is no external developer database, no analytics or tracking SDKs and no advertising SDKs.

The app uses local storage with SwiftData, local app settings, local photos and thumbnails, local PDF and JSON creation, and local notifications. Widget content is provided as minimized local snapshot data through the Apple App Group.

Device backups, iCloud features, diagnostic sharing or other Apple and iOS system services may depend on your personal settings and do not involve an IntakeCue account.

5. App Store, StoreKit and purchases

If you install IntakeCue through the App Store, use a trial, make a purchase, manage a subscription or use Restore Purchases, Apple processes the data required for that under Apple's terms and privacy notices. StoreKit is processed by Apple. IntakeCue does not receive payment details such as credit card numbers.

6. Exporting and sharing

You can export local data and delete local content. If you export or share a PDF report, JSON raw data export or another file, you choose the recipient and transmission method. Exported files may contain sensitive information you entered. IntakeCue does not receive a copy of the export. Files saved or shared outside the app are then outside the app's control.

7. Email contact

If you contact us by email, your message, address and submitted details are processed to respond. Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR, depending on the request. Avoid sending health data or other sensitive content by unencrypted email.

8. Retention

Emails and support requests are kept only as long as necessary for handling, traceability and legal obligations. Technical hosting logs are processed by the hosting provider for a limited time according to its operational and security requirements.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection, and may complain to a competent supervisory authority. Where app content exists only locally, the provider cannot access, disclose or remotely delete it.

10. Changes

This policy will be updated if features, hosting or legal requirements change. The version published here applies.
